Greek Pita Wraps

Fresh, fast, and full of Mediterranean flavor. Warm pita bread filled with hummus, cucumber, tomato, feta, and olives — no cooking required.

Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads
  • 4 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Dried oregano and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Warm the pita breads in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side, or briefly in the microwave.
  2. 2. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus over each pita.
  3. 3. Arrange cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes on top.
  4. 4. Scatter crumbled feta and halved olives over the vegetables.
  5. 5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper.
  6. 6. Fold or roll the pita and serve immediately.
