Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables

Everything on one pan, roasted at high heat — smoky sausage, sweet peppers, and tender potatoes. Dinner done with almost zero effort.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken or pork sausages, sliced into rounds
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Spread potatoes, sausage, peppers, and onion across the sheet in a single layer.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the sausage is browned and the potatoes are golden and crisp.
  5. 5. Serve directly from the pan with mustard or hot sauce on the side.
