Turkey and Avocado Power Bowl

Lean ground turkey, roasted veggies, and creamy avocado over brown rice. High protein, nutrient-dense, and genuinely satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 200g lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and break it apart with a spatula.
  2. 2. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the corn briefly in the same pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the bowl: spoon brown rice as the base, then add the seasoned turkey, cherry tomatoes, corn, and sliced avocado.
  5. 5. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil or your favorite sauce — hot sauce, Greek yogurt, or lime juice all work well.
