Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breast

Juicy chicken breast wrapped in crispy bacon and baked to perfection. One of the easiest, most satisfying keto dinners you can make.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 rashers streaky bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Wrap each breast tightly with 3 rashers of bacon, overlapping slightly and tucking the ends under.
  4. 4. Place seam-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches 75°C / 165°F internally.
  6. 6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pairs well with roasted vegetables or a simple green salad.
