Keto Beef Taco Lettuce Cups

Seasoned ground beef with all the taco toppings, served in crisp lettuce cups. Fully keto, fully satisfying, and ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 300g lean ground beef
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime juice and cilantro to serve

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and break apart.
  2. 2. Season with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Arrange lettuce leaves as cups on a plate.
  4. 4. Spoon seasoned beef into each cup.
  5. 5. Top with diced avocado, shredded cheddar, and sour cream.
  6. 6. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and fresh cilantro.
