Chicken Caesar Salad

The timeless classic — crispy romaine, grilled chicken, Parmesan, and a creamy Caesar dressing. Skip the croutons for a fully low-carb version.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 40g Parmesan, shaved
  • 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Cook in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.
  3. 3. Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Divide salad between plates. Top with sliced chicken and shaved Parmesan.
  5. 5. Add croutons optionally if you don't need strict low-carb. Serve immediately.
